70-FFRESOLUTION NO. 70 - FF
WHEREAS, the owner of lands abutting certain publicly dedicated
area within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, more particularly described
hereinafter, has heretofore requested the City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, for the adoption of a Resolution vacating and abandoning said
area; and
WHEREAS, after thorough investigation and public hearings on said
application, the Municipal Planning Board has favorably recommended subject
abandonment and it appears that no valid reason exists why subject area should
not be vacated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the following publicly dedicated area is hereby vacated,
nullified, closed and abandoned and said area is hereby returned to acreage
for purposes of taxation:
That certain road right of way lying in the Northwest corner
of Section 29, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, running south
~pproximately 600 feet from the north line of said Section,
bounded on the west by Parcel 2, 3, 4 and sand beach of Lake
Boynton, and on the east by Parcel 1 and sand beach of said
Lake, as shown on Subdivision Plat of Section 20 and 29,
Township 45 South, Range 43 East, as recorded in Plat Book
7, Page 20, public records Palm Beach County~k~.~r'
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ~--day of November, A.D. 1970.
