W H E R E A S, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach has
heretofore appropriated the total sum of $10, 000.00 for utilization by the
GREATER BOYNTON BEACH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and
W H E R E A S, said City Council is desirous of delineating the mann~
in which said funds shall be expended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the total appropriation
of $10, 000.00, heretofore allocated to the GREATER BOYNTON BEACH
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE shall be expended for the following items in the
manner indicated: and for the municipal fiscal year 1970-1971:
(a) For information services performed by the
Chamber of Commerce, the total sum of $3,600.00
to be paid by the City to the Chamber in twelve equal
monthly installments of $300.00 each, without requisition
(b) The following items shall be paid by the City in
amounts not exceeding total appropriation, upon receipt of
statements therefor:
Inaustrial Information Booklets 1,000.00
Brochures, 20,000 1,100.00
Maps, 10,000 1,375.00
Fin Publication ½ page ad 330.00
Aloft Magazine - Ad four times yearly 555.00
Miami Herald (mail north edition) 1 ad 523.00
Palm Beach Post (mail north edition) 1 Ad 341.00
Fireworks 700.00
(c) The remaining balance of subject appropriation shall be paid by
the City upon receipt of statements after prior Council approval of subject
