70-DDRESOLUTION NO. 70-DD WHEREAS, the owners of lands abutting certain publicly dedicated areas within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, more particularly described hereinafter, have heretofore requested the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the adoption of a Resolution vacating and abandoning said areas; and WHEREAS, after thorough investigation and public hearings on said applications, the Municipal Planning Board has favorably recommended subject abandonment and it appears that no valid reason exists why subject areas should not be vacated; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA: 1. That the following publicly dedicated areas are hereby vacated, nullified, closed and abandoned and said areas are hereby returned to acreage for purposes of taxation. Ail rights-of-way reserved for ditch and road purposes on the following described parcels: Parcel 1: Blocks 91 through 94; Blocks 96 through 102; Blocks 123 through 128; and the East 260 feet of Blocks 90, 103 and 122; of Palm Beach Farms Co., Plat No. 8, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 73, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and in addition thereto: A parcel of land in Section 30, Township 45 S, Range 43 E, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Bounded on the North by the Easterly extension of the North line of Block 96 of the subdivision of sat d Section 30 as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 73, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; bounded on the East by the Easterly line of said Section 30; bounded on the South and West by the approximate shore line of Boynton Lake as said shore line is shown on the Plat of said Section 30. Parcel 2: Blocks 35 to 40, incl., ]~cks 57 to 62, incl., Blocks 66 to 72, incl., Block 89, Block 90, less the East 260' thereof, Block 104, Block 103, less the East 260' thereof, Block 121, Block 122, less the East 260' thereof of Palm Beach Farms Co., Plat No. 8, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 73, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; and in addition thereto: A parcel of land in Section 30, Township 45 South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: Bounded on the North by the Easterly extension of the North line of Tract 66 according to the plat thereof of said Section 30, recorded in Plat Book 5, page 73, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida; bounded on the East by the Easterly line of said Section 30; bounded on the South by the Easterly extension of the Sol, th line of said Tract 66; bounded on the West by the approximate shore line of Boynton Lake as said shore line is shown on the said plat of Section 30.
