A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING CHIEF OF POLICE, AND
FIXING HIS RATE OF PAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, appointed Noah E. Huddleston as Chief of Police of
said City on August 24, 1970;
AND WHEREAS, Section 20 of the Charter of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, provides that the salaries of all officers
and employees, except the Mayor and City Council shall be fixed
by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That the annual salary of Noah E. Huddleston, Chief of
Police of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby fixed
at $12,324. retroactive to the day of his appointment, August 24,
1970.
