70-JRESOLUTION NO. 70 - J
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Florida Inland Navigation District
is hereby requested to authorize and allow utilization of that portion of the
District right of way lying Easterly from the easterly terminus of Casa
Loma Boulevard (N. E. 1st Avenue) for public recreation purposes, and
that any and all private, commercial useage thereof be immediately dis-
continued. Further that such public useage be allowed to continue until such
time as terminated by the District if and when subject area is needed for
District purposes.
