WHEREAS, the owner of fee simple title to property abutting both
sides of that portion of N. E. 7th Street, lying ~qasterly from Lots 23, 24 and
25, Block 7, LAKE ADDITION, Plat Book 11, Page 71, public records Palm
Beach County, has heretofore petitioned City Council of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, for adoption of a Resolution abandoning and vacating subject
publicly dedicated area, and
WHEREAS, after conduct of public hearing, the Planning Board of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has recommended that said area will not be
needed for public high;ray purposes, for which it was originally dedicated, and,
further, that area be abandoned, vacated and returned to acreage, and
WHEREAS, it appears that subject area has never been utilized by
the general public for highway purposes nor installation of any public utility
systems, nor will same be needed for any such future use,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
rile CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That that portion of N.E. 7th Street abutting Lots 23, 24 and 25,
Block 7, LAKE ADDITION, Plat Book 11, Page 71, public records Palm Beach
County, is hereby abandoned, vacated and returned to acreage for purposes of
Laxation, said area being located within the municipal limits of City of Boynton
]Beach, Fla.
