WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it necessary for
the public interest that the public street of said City, more particu-
larly described hereinafter, be improved by being built, repaired,
resurfaced and/or rebuilt, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City has heretofore, by
Resolution, according to law, required the Superintendent of Public
Works to prepare an estimated cost of such improvement and to prepare
plans and specifications covering the construction of same; and
WHEREAS, the said Superintendent of Public Works has com-
pleted such requirements, and said plans and specifications are now on
file in his office,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the following public street hereinafter described
shall be constructed and/or rebuilt over the public dedicated right of
way thereof, in accordance with plans and specifications as required by
the laws of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and now on file in the
office of the Superintendent of Public Works, said street being more
particularly described as follows:
That portion of N. E. 7th Avenue, lying between the southerly
extension of the West line of Lot 14, Block 1, Boynton Place,
and the easterly right of way line of N. E. 7th Street,
consisting of approximately 810 lineal feet.

2. The City Council will sit for the purpose of hearing
objections, if any, to the above-proposed inprovements on the 16th day
of March, 1970, at the hour of 8:00 o~clock p. M., at the Boynton Beach
City Hall, Boynton Beach, Florida.
3. Each abutting property owner along the above proposed
improvement shall be assessed on a front footage basis, charging said
owner his proportionate share as divided by the total improvement cost,
to be borne by owners. Any such assessment may be paid within ninety
(90) days from the date of confirmation thereof, without interest.
Thereafter, all assessments shall be paid in three (S) equal annual
installments together with interest at eight per cent (8%o) per annum
on the unpaid principal balance thereof, from the expiration of the
said ninety days in each of the succeeding years at the time or times
in each year at which general municipal taxes are payable, provided
that any assessment may be paid at any time before due, together with
interest accrued thereon to the date of payment.
