70-CRESOLUTION NO. 70-~
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CITY OF IBOYNTON BEACH,
FLOi~IDA, in its discretion, pursuant to the Charter of said City, deems it
necessary and essential to the public interest of the inhabitants and property
owners of said City, thai a certain public street, more particularly described
hereinafter, located within the muncipal limits of said City, be improved by
constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding same;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
1. That the ;City Engineer
BEACH, FLORIDA, is hereby directed and ordered to prepare an estimated
cost of constructing, repairing, resurfacing and/or rebuilding the following
described public street over the dedicated right-of-way thereof located within
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That portion of N. E. 7th Avenue, lying easterly from the
southerly extension of the West line of Lot 14 Block 1,
Boynton Place and the easterly right-of-way line of N. E.
7th Street, consisting of approximately 800 lineal feet.
2. That said plans and specifications and estimate of the cost of such
improvement, which plans and specifications and estimated cost shall be in
accordance with the laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
shall be filed in the office of the said .City Engineer ' of the City.
