Mayor Broening called the special meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. He announced that the
Commission would recess to Conference Room B.
City Attorney Cherof advised that in attendance would be members of the Commission, the City
Manager and the City Attorney. This will be a closed-door session to discuss Boynton Beach
Apartments Associates, Ltd. vs. City of Boynton Beach.
There beFng no further business, the meeting properly adjourned at 6:06 p.m.
