69-URESOLUTION NO. 69-_0__- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida recognizes the necessity for the continuance of safe, free and unimpeded public and private vehicular services such as, but not limited to, sanitation collection, school children transportation, and all emergency vehicle operations involving existing Avenues, Streets, Roads, Drives, Lanes, Boulevards, Alleys, and Highways within the City of Boynlon Beach to be severed by the construction of "Limited Access Highways" or "Freeways", an WHEREAS, for the existing Avenues, Streets, Roads, Drives, Lanes, Boulevards, Alleys, and Highways severed by the Agency, or Agencies, constructing said "Limited Access Highways" or "Freeways", the Agency, or Agencies, as part of the "Limited Access Highway" or "Freeway'~ project should privide for cul-de-sacs or loop service roads so as to continue the public service function of the severed facilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that this Council's feelings and request be presented to any and all Agencies involved in pending "Limited Access Highway" or "Freeway" construction within the municipal limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
