A RESOLUTION' AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SEWERAGE CONSTRUCTION
GRANTS PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 19lq UNDER
PUBLIC LAW 660, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION ~-F APPLIC-
ATION DOCUMENTS AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS RESOLUTION
SHALL TAKE EFFECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Grady C. Courtney, City Manager, be and the
same hereby is authorized to execute an application for Federal grant for
sewerage treatment works under 33 U. S. C. 466 to lhe Department of Health,
Education and Welfare, Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, for
the participation by the City of Boynton Beach in the sewerage construction
grants program for lhe fiscal year 19~_~__, as provided by Public Law 660.
Section 2: That this Resolution shall take effect when adopted.
