A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING RESIDENT MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE MUNICIPAL POLICE OFFICERS~ RETIREMENT TRUST
FUND AND OF THE MUNICIPAL FIREMENTS PENSION TRUST
FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BO'~NTON BEACH AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Municipal Police O£ficers' Retirement Trust Fund.
~-~0~ ~. 1~3~-~_ is hereby appointed Resident
member of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Police Officers'
Retirement Trust Fund of the City of Boynton Beach to serve for a
term of two (2) years pursuant to Section 185.05 of the Florida Statutes
Fund of the City of Boynton Beach to serve '~or a term of
pursuant to Section 175.061 of the Florida Statutes.
