BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That, in connection with the execution of any and all instruments
or documents of any nature whatsoever, required by the Florida State
Road Department, in connection with any improvement projects involving
the City of Boynton Beach and said department within the municipal
limits of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, such documents shall be
executed on behalf of the City of Boynton Beach by the Mayor of the
City, or in his absence by Vice-Mayor, or in the absence of both, by
the City Manager~ and such documents shall be attested by City Clerk.
