68-MRESOLUTION NO. 68 - M
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
adopted Resolution 67-R, effective September i1, 1967, 'establishing
certain service charges for collection and distribution of garbage, trash
and refuse, including establishment of rates for utilization of individuals of
City Dump, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to amend in part
the provisions of said Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH:
That Section 4 of Resolution 67-R, adopted September 11, 1967,
by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, be, and the same
is hereby, amended by addi~thereto the following sentence:
"The City Council specifically reserves the right to establish
administratively, through its City Manager, provisions for waiver of subject
service charges for City Dump useage by individual residents of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida."
