68-LRESOLUTION NO. 68- L
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, that the State Road Department of the State of Florida, is hereby
respectively requested to give consideration to construction of an overpass
or grade separation of Highway 1-95 and Ocean Avenue within the municipal
limits of the City of Boynton Beach in order to eliminate anticipated traffic
congestion on through highways now contemplated in conjunction with said
highway construction project and to avoid blockage of a now existing major
arterial thoroughfare in said city's municipal highway system.
