68-JRESOLUTION NO. 68 - ~'
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That~ in connection with the execution of any and all instruments
or documents of any nature whatsoever, required by the Florida State Road
Department, in connection with a certain improvement project involving
North Second Avenue, within the municipal limits of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, such documents shall be executed on behalf of the City of
Boynton Beach by Mayor Michael V. Michael, or in his absence by Vice
Mayor Vincent J. Gallo, or in the absence of both, by City Manager Grady
W. Courtney,' and such documents shall be attested by City Clerk, Tereesa
Padgett.
