68-HRESOLUTION No. 68 - H
WHEREAS, the existing intersection of South 15th Avenue and South
~eacrest Boulevard constitutes an area under the supervision and maintenance
of Palm Beach County, and
WHEREAS, the present condition of said area is in dire need of repair
and maintenance, and
WHEREAS, a continuation of said condition constitutes a hazardous
and serious threat to the health, safety and welfare of the inhabitants of the
City of Boynton Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it Resolved by the City Council of the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida:
That the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County are
hereby requested and implored to take immediate steps to correct and repair
subject intersection hereinabove described and to thereafter maintain same in
a safe condition.
