68-FRESOLUTION NO. 68-F
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, has recently
purchased certain cemetery equipment for utilization in connection with the
conduct of funerals at the various municipal cemeteries, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary to establish a rental fee for
utilization of subjecl equipment:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That a rental fee in the amount of $25.00 per interrrnent is
hereby established for utilization of cernetery equipment recently purchased
by the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, in conjunction with burials conducted
at municipal cemeteries owned by the said City.
