R67-VRESOLUTION No. 67-V
WHEREAS, the Florida State Road Department proposes an improvement of
State Road 804 within the City of Boynton Beach, Florida; and
WHEREAS, a conflict has arisen between the Florida State Road Department
and the owner of the land occupied by the United States Post
Office as to the value of the land needed for right-of-way
for said road, and said conflict has resulted in delay in
acquiring right-of-way for said road;
iNOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, sitting in Special Session on the
25th day of October~ 1967~ does hereby respectfully request
the Florida State Road Department, by delivery of a copy of this
Resolution, to expedite the settlement of the problem of the
Post Office right-of-way, so that said road can be built at
the earliest possible date.
