AUTHORITY FOR CODIfiCATION; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE~TE.

WHEREAS, the City CommiSsion of the City of Bo!rnton Beach

Florida has adopted a Co~r%hensive Plan and as part ofsaid Pla~
a Future Land Use Element by Ordinance 89-38 in accordance wit
the Local Governmen~/o~prehensive Planning Act; and ~
WHEREAS,/Chri~t°pher Cutro, agent for the City of Bo!rnton
Beach, Florida~as applied to amend a portion of the Suppor~
Documents o~ the Future Land Use Element entitled Land Us~
Problems Opportunities, Planning Area No. 7, Area 7.a.; and
the procedure for amendment of the Comprehensi~
Plan set forth in Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, has bee~
and
WHEREAS, after public hearing and study, the City Commissio
deems it in the best interest of the inhabitants of said City t
amend the text of the aforesaid Support Documents of the Futur~
Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan as adopted by the Cit
herein.
NOW, T~RWEFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF T~
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1: The portion of the Support Documents of
Future Land Use Element entitled Land Use Problems
Opportunities, Planning Area 7, Area 7.a. is hereby amended
deleting the words and figures in the strike-through type
