A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH ESTABLISHING WATER RATES WITHIN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND OUTSIDE
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH; ESTABLISHING
CONNECTION CHARGES AND METER DEPOSITS;
ESTABLISHING SERVICE CHARGES FOR FIRE
HYDRANTS; REPEALING CLAUSE AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH
THAT THE SCHEDULE OF FEES, RENTALS AND OTHER CHARGES PERTAINING
TO THE MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH IS HERE
BY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
Minimum 3,000 gallons @
Next 2,000 gallons @
Next 20,000 gallons @
Next 10,000 gallons @
All over 35,000 gallons @
Water rates within the City of Boynton Beach.

Connection charges and disconnection charges, after initial install
ments, shall be $3.00 each; connection and disconnection charges,
after normal working hours and on holidays, shall be $5.00 each.
SECTION 4: Fire Hydrants and Stand Pip.e Systems:
Service charge for fire hydrants at $75.00 per year per hydrant.
SECTION 5: Ail resolutions and parts of resolutions in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6: The repeal of resolutions or parts of resolu-
tions effectuated by the enactment of this resolution shall not be
~onstrued as abating any action now pending under or by virtue of
such resolutions or as discontinuance, abating, modifying or alter-
· ng any penalty accruing or to accrue or as affecting the liability
any person, firm or corporation or as waiving any right of the
pality under any aection or provision existing at thetime of
passage of this resolution.
SECTION 7: The rates herein stated shall be in effect
inning the 1st day of May,1967.
