A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 65-BB ADOPTED
JUNE 7, 1965, TO INCLUDE THEREIN SERVICE
CHARGE FOR FIRE HYDRANTS, SPRINKLER SYSTEMS
IN COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS, AND
STAND PIPE SYSTEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
)RIDA:
That Resolution No. 65-BB enacted on the 7th day of
, 1965, pertaining to water charges of the municipal water
system be amended to read as follows:
1. That the existing schedule of fees, rentals and
other charges pertaining to the municipal water systems are hereby

Service charge for Fire Hydrants @ $75.00 per year per
hydrant.
Service charge for Sprinkler Systems for commercial and
industrial buildings at $75.00 per building per year.
Service charge for stand pipe systems @ $75.00 per year
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
Passed and adopted this 20thday of
