R67-GR E S O L U T I O N NO. 67-G
WHEREAS, Section 6-3 of the Code of Ordinances of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, pertaining to cemeteries within
said municipality, provides that the City Council shall from time
to time, by resolution, fix the price 'to be charged for the sale
)f cemetery lots and for other purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Cemetery Board of the City of Boynton Beach
~as heretofore forwarded its recommendations to the City Council
relative to alterations of said existing rates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council at its regular meeting of
March 6, 1967, after due consideration, approved and accepted the
recommendations of the Cemetery Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that the following addidonal
charges be established for both municipally owned cemeteries:
1. An additional $25.00 charge be levied
for opening and closing graves on
Saturday after 12 O'clock noon and
on Sundays.
2. $50.00 will~ charged for disinter-
ments.
Ail other charges and procedures presently
existing relative the operation of municipally
owned cemeteries within said city shall remain
as now established.
