R67-ERESOLUTION 67-E
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach
did by Resolution 65-DD, dated this 21st day of June, 1965, resolve
that a nuisance existed upon the properties hereinafter described,
and
WHEREAS, notwithstanding said Resolution 65.DD, the
owners of the hereinafter described property failed to or refused
to abate the nuisances, and
WHEREAS, the City, pursuant to Section 7-(20) of its
Charter, did abate the said nuisances, and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has prepared an Assessment Roll
showing the total cost incurred by the City in connection with the
abatement of said nuisances,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Boynton Beach that the following described properties
are hereby assessed the amounts indicated herein and said assessmenl
shall be a lien on said property from the date of this resolution:

Prorated share
Each property owner shall have the privilege of paying
the entire assessment to his property within ninety (90) days from
Ithe date of this resolution without penalty. If the owner fails to
ipay said lien within 90 days, it shall be collected in three con-
!secutive equal installments payable as other ad valorem taxes are
ipaid, commencing with the tax year 1967, together with interest on
the balance at the rate of 6% per annum from the date of the attach
ment of said lien hereof.
