R67-BRESOLUTION NO. 67-B
WHEREAS~ the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach~
Florida~ provides that the City Treasurer shall prepare all
checks~ vouchers and withdrawal slips to be drawn on the city
depositories~ and shall sign the same and present said checks~
vouchers and withdrawal slips to the Mayor or Vice Mayor to be
countersigned as provided herein or by ordinance of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS~ the City Council in regular session of August 7~
1961~ did duly pass an ordinance that the City Manager shall be
authorized to countersign all checks~ vouchers anm withdrawal
slips of the City; and
WHEREAS~ ROBERT E. CARNAHAN is the duly appointed Acting
City Manager; and
WHEREAS~ FRANK McCOY~ JR.~ is the duly elected Mayor and
shall sign checks~ vouchers and withdrawal slips in the absence of
the City Manager; and
WHEREAS~ MICHAEL V. MICHAEL~ Vice Mayor~ has been ap-
d to sign checks~ vouchers and withdrawal slips in the ab-
sence of the Mayor and the City Manager; and
WHEREAS~ R. B. CARRIER is the duly appointed treasurer;
and
WHEREAS~ 0. R. WALLACE~ City Finance Directory has been
appointed to prepare and sign checks~ vouchers and withdrawal
slips in the absence of the Treasurer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED~ that a true copy of this
RESOLUTION be sent to the First Federal Savings and Loan Associ-
ation of Delray Beach~ Florida; First Federal Savings and Loan
Association of West Palm Beach~ Florida; Fidelity Federal Savings
& Loan Association of West Palm Beach~ West Palm Beach~ Florida;
West Palm Beach Federal Savings and Loan Association~ West Palm
Beach~ Florida; First Bank of Boynton Beach~ Boynton Beach~
Florida; the Boynton Beach Branch of the First Federal Savings
and Loan Association~ Lake Worth~ Florida~ and Boynton Beach
First National Bank~ Boynton Beach~ Florida.
