R66-TTRESOLUTION NO. 66-TT WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cily of Boynton Beach, Florida, did, on August 15, 1966, enact Resolution No. 66-LL, providing for the provisional abandonment of that portion of Southeast First Avenue lying between U. S. Highway No. 1 and Southeast Fourth Street, within said municipality, and WHEREAS, it now appears that the contingencies provided for in said Resolution, upon which subject abandonment was to become final, cannot be realized, inasmuch as the proposed developer, Robert Rapaport, has abandoned subject project, and WHEREAS, in order to avoid confusion as to the status of subject portion of dedicated roadway, it is deemed essential that a clarifying Resolution be adopted; NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH: 1. That Resolution No. 66-LL of the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, adopted on August 15, 1966, is hereby repealed, rescinded, nullified and declared to be of no further force and effect, and that portion of Southeast First Avenue lying between U. S. Highway No. 1 and Southeast Fourth Street, within said municipality, is hereby redeclared to constitute a dedicated public roadway. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS ~IL:' day of ~0~g~f~ f~ ~(*~. , 1966.
