RESOLUTION NO. 66- K
THAT Resolution No. 65-PP previously enacted by the City Council of
:he CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA directed to the State Road Depart-
of the State of Florida requesting conveyance of certain right-of-way
property located on North Federal Highway within the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA for utilization by the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce
is hereby amended to request for the lease rather than conveyance of said area
to the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH in accordance with terms to be agreed upon
n the State Road Department and the City, with the area involved being
particularly described in accordance with the legal description attached
and hereby made a part hereof.
