Mayor Broening called the special meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
City Attorney Cherof advised that the Commission will be meeting behind closed doors to
discuss Coral Tech Associates, Inc. vs. City of Boynton Beach, case pending in Palm Beach
County Circuit Court, case #CL007433AH. The City Commission, City Hanager, and City
Attorney will be behind closed doors for approximately 20 minutes.
There being no further business, the meeting properly adjourned at 6:01 p.m.
