A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
STORMWATER PIPE RELINING AT VARIOUS
LOCATIONS BY AZURIX NORTH AMERICA
UNDERGROUND INTFRASTRUCTURE, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $160,070.48, BASED ON BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, ORANGE COUNTY,
FLORIDA CONTRACT #Y0-103; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Azurix North America was approved by the City Commission in
2001, to perform the relining of deteriorated stormwater pipes, based on Board
County Commissioners of Orange County, Florida, Contract No. Y0-103, and the
ect was very successful; and
WHEREAS, more locations have been identified this year in the renewal and
)lacement plan for relining; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it to be in the best interests of the
and community to approve the stormwater pipe relining at various locations by
North America Underground Infrastructure, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA~ THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
approves the agreement with Azurix North America Underground Infrastructure,
a copy of which is attached hereto.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately.
