WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution previously
enacted by the City Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
the ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, was
designated as Escrowee and Trustee of various sinking funds created for the
construction of certain sanitary sewer improvements within said City and
for the payment and retirement of bonded indebtedness against the utiliiies
systems of said City; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the administration and exercise of
said duties, the said Trustee has advised the City of an over-investment
in the 1960 water bond retirement account in the amount of $72, 773.44 and
that said amount should, in fact, have been deposited to the sewer system
improvements construction fund; and
WHEREAS, the said Trustee has requested authority from the City
Council of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH for authority to make the above
transfer,
NOW, THEREFORE be it re~olved by the City Council of the CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the ATLANTIC NATIONAL BANK OF WEST PALM BEACH,
as Escrowee and Trustee,is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the above indicated over-payment into the 1960 bond
retirement account in the amount of $72, 773.44 to the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUC~JION
FUND.
