65-QQRESOLUTION NO. 65-Q~
WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, is
presently in the process of installing a certain sanitary sewer force main
which will necessitate crossing the SEABOARD AIR LINE RAILWAY right-
of-way; and
WHEREAS, the said City has heretofore requested said Railway
to grant to the City an easement allowing the installation of said facility;
and
WHEREAS, the Railway company has consented to the granting
of said easement and has submitted to the City a form of easement grant
setting forth the terms and conditions regarding said matter,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, accepts
the lerms and conditions of the above and foregoing easement grant agree-
ment, a true copy of which is attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof~
and Mayor James J. Mahoney, and City Clerk, Tereesa Padgett, are hereby
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of said City.
