WHEREAS, the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
has I
heretofore filed with the FEDERAL HOUSING AND HOME FINANCE AGENCY
an application under their program of advances for public works planning,
presently proceeding under Application No. P-FLA-3213; and
WHEREAS, in connection with the processing of said application
it is essential that the applicant Gity execute Agency Form CFA-1901,
Assurance of Compliance; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of completing the processing of
said application at the earliest possible date;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, that F. T. KAIN, City Manager
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, be and he is hereby authorizer
execute the above form CFA-1901, Assurance of Complianc2 for and on behal:
of the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, and to forward said executed
document to the FEDERAL HOUSING AND HOME FINANCE AGENCY as
expeditiously as possible.
