Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Boynton_,
was held in the Masonic Hall on Monday evening July
12th 1920.

Councilmen,- D. S. Hudson, Clerk.

Bowen,= A. A. Atwater makes very -interesting report on inf-
ori,:ation secured from the Town of Dacia, and in connection
with same thought it adviseable to take the matter up with
the Southern IItilities Company of West Palm Beach and submit
report at nexus meeting.
Mr. Bowen reports, that upon canvassing the torn that
aproximately 25 redidents will be willing to install Electric
Lights.
Motion'by ir. A. C. Shepar$, that the May write to the
town Council of Delray, and Lake Worth secureing infromation,
and as to the cost in their connections with furnishing Lights
for. -the town of Boyntone Motion Carried.
Upon suggestion n of the kayor Ie` -r. Jensen Hakes motion
that the Clerk be instructed to see Mr. Bussey in reguards to
the incorporation papers for the town.
Motion by fir. `Jensen that Mr. Atwater •preoeed in secu-
reing from Mr. Howe an option on"the proposed beach.property
for the town; the option not to expire before December 1st 1920.
grr. Atwater reports that the maps for the town is under
way, and within a reasonable length of tine will be ready for
delivery.
There 'being no other business the meeting adjroned.
