A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, was held at the Town Hall of
the Town of Boynton, Florida, on Wednesday Afternoon. August-
3rd, 1927, at 3:30 o'clock P. ~.

Sir:
Since it is impossible for me to come to the Toe~
and attend the tax meetings, I wish to say that I want
taxes on my property in the Town of Boyntc~ reduced or
usted.
W~en I bought this property on Palm & Jasamine
Streets. The taxes was $15.00 and the same improvements
on the property then as now. So I can't see why the taxes
should be more than $25.00 now.

Mrs. ;~ames McKay appeared before the Equalization
Board, and investigated the valuation shown on the 1927 Tax
1~oll on the' following described properties:-

After carefull7 examining the valuations placed on
he above properties by the Tax Assessor, I,~.~rs. James ~cKay
stated that valuations on the above properties were found
to be satisfactory.
There being no further complaints at 4:ZO o'clock
P. ;~. the meeting adjourned until 9'50 o'clock ~ ~I. Thursday.
