Minutes 11-05-20November 5th 1920 Meeting of the Town Connell of the Town of Boynton, was held in the Town Hall en Friday evening November 5th 1920. Meeting being called to order by the president of the Council. Upon Roll Call the following members being present, J. P. Bowen, Presidentof Council; A. A. Atwater, A. C. Shepard, W. S. Shepard, Chas Stites, Councilmen, D. S. Hudson, Clerk. vinutes of the last regular was read and by motion approved. Minutes of the Special meeting held October 26th 1920 was read and by motion approved, New Business: Motion by I. Chas Stitts, seconded by Lr. A. C. Shepard, that ORDINANCE No. 11 :HEALTH & SANITATION, be TABLED for futher reference. Motion Carried. Motion By Mr. Aguwater, seconded by L'r. A. 0. Shepard the* ORDINANCE no. 12.'fi4OTOR'VEHIgI,FS be passed upon its" second reading. Motion Carried. Motion by hr. Atwater , seconded by Mi. W. S. Shepard, ,e' that OISDINANCE No. 13, G. BOLI_E3, be held over, until the. Clerk can secure Tem City attorneys copy of the South- ; Eastern Tariff Association regulations. Lotion Carried. Lotion by Ir. Chas Stitts, ,seconded by Lr. W. S. Shepard, that ORDINANCE no. 14, LIVE -STOOK, be passed upon its s'eoon reading. Motion Carried. .potion by Ir. Atwater, seoondid by Mr. Chas Stitts,'that 0RBITiANOE no. 15, DOGS, be brot.ght up at next regular meeting, Motion Tarried. LLotion by hr. Atwater, seconded by hr. Chas Stitts, that Lir. J. P. Bowen, and Mr. 0. P. Knuth, be apointed a com-ittee of two, to secure location; and. moving Electric Light Plant from the Boynton Beach Hotel Association to the Town of Boynton. Lotion Carried.
