The regular meeting of the Token Ccuncil of the Town of Boynton
was held on the above date.
The meeting was called to order by the Iayor, Geo E. Coon.
Upon lloll•Call, the following members answered present: Geo E.
Coon, Mayor; J. P. Bowen, President of Council; A.. ,1. Atwater,
A. C. Shepard, V. S. Shepard, as Stitts, Councilmen; D. S.
Hudson, Clerk.
The minutes of the last regular meeting was read, and by motion 1
approved.
Cummunications read.
Committees Report. None.
New Business. The Treasurer, submited his report for the^,of
office- expiering this date,(being for the months of June, July,
August, September, October, November & December of 1920 and Jan
ary, rebruary, March & April, of 1921) of which was read in item
ized form.
A Lotion by Mt. A. A. Atwater, duly seconded by Mr. J. P.
that the Treasurers report be ratified and accepted. Motia
imously accepted.
Motion by Mr. A. C. Shepard, seconded by Mr. .A9 A. Atwater, that
the following bills, as approved by the Finance Committee, be ord.:

elected at the annual election held on April llth 1921 to fill th<1
respective's offices, presented themselves before the Mayor Geo
Coon, who adminstered the oath of office4,0follows. Each member
taking office immediately thereafter.
H. B. MURRAY; Mayor,, for one year term.
J. C. Powell; Councilman, for two years term.
Eunice B. lianglson, Clerk; for one year term.
T. A. Ward, Marshal; One year term.
Upon the absence of B. F. Evan, duly elected councilman on the abf4
date, the vacancy of of said councilman esistes for the present.

Motion by Mr. A. A. Atwater, seoonded by Mr. J. P. Bowen, that
the President point a committee to make the necoisary investigation
relative to the Electric Light Line passing undet the Railroad, as
now out of commission, and to assertain the cost for a suitable
cable to put same in operation. Motion Carried.
The President pointed on this Committee. Mr. J. P. Bowen, Mr.
. ;. Atawter, and Mt. Jos C. Powell.
