Minutes 05-06-21May 6th 1921 The regular meeting of the Token Ccuncil of the Town of Boynton was held on the above date. The meeting was called to order by the Iayor, Geo E. Coon. Upon lloll•Call, the following members answered present: Geo E. Coon, Mayor; J. P. Bowen, President of Council; A.. ,1. Atwater, A. C. Shepard, V. S. Shepard, as Stitts, Councilmen; D. S. Hudson, Clerk. The minutes of the last regular meeting was read, and by motion 1 approved. Cummunications read. Committees Report. None. New Business. The Treasurer, submited his report for the^,of office- expiering this date,(being for the months of June, July, August, September, October, November & December of 1920 and Jan ary, rebruary, March & April, of 1921) of which was read in item ized form. A Lotion by Mt. A. A. Atwater, duly seconded by Mr. J. P. that the Treasurers report be ratified and accepted. Motia imously accepted. Motion by Mr. A. C. Shepard, seconded by Mr. .A9 A. Ward, Marshal; One year term. Upon the absence of B. F. Evan, duly elected councilman on the abf4 date, the vacancy of of said councilman esistes for the present. Upon the qualifying of J. P. Bowen that kir. A ,Council. Upon which a Hr. J. C. Powell, that C. Shepard, be elected the new members. a motidn was made by Idr. C.
