Evans , being present ,the oath of office as councilman was administe, Gommunications were read awl , tered to him by the Maur, H. B. Murray 1' -A-EcAien The following bill* wawa read ands after being ap-'i, proved by the Finance Committee, upon motion by B.F.Evans seconded by J.P. Bowen, wawa ardered paid: Motion carried. To General Fund Buckeye State Hotel, for meals during town election 05.20 into The special committee -appointed to investigate the tenuble resulting from the manner in which the electric light line passes under the railroad re- ,ported,wri tj.he report was accepted and the committee discharged and the :atter turned over to the standing committee in charge of,Watef, Lirht, and Fire , with instructions to make necessary rrpair's` "giver full authority to act,'6s (lotion being made by,B.F.Evans and seconded by J.C.P Powell. Motion carried by Unanimous vote. The following standing committees were appointed by the Mayor, H.B.Murray Finance Committee FoC.Powell, B.F.Evans, & J.P.Bowen Ordinances A.A.Atwater Water, Lights and Fire J.P.Bowen 'Streets, Alleys & Cemetery J.C.Powell Police and Sanitation B.F.Evans Motion was made by B. F. Evans and seconded by J. C. Powell that the clerk' be instructed to pay the coupons on the bonds of the Town of Boynton when they fall due., Motion carried.by unanimous vote. Motion made by -J'. P. Bowen and seconded ty B. F. Evans that the 1. R. Robe crossing, be declared a public crossing by the town, and that the clerk be instructed to inform the torn attorney's of the action and ask him to take 'it up with the'proper authorities of the F. E. C. R. R. informing them of 'i"k the town's action. Motion unanimously carried. Motion was made by B. F. Evans and seconded by J. P. Bowen that the Mayor be authorized to purchase'a set cf the Florida Statutes. 'lotion carried. I There being no further business by motion the meeting adjourned. Town Clerk
