Minutes 07-15-21After a thorough discussion the following resolution upon motion duly seconded and carried was unanimously adopted: Whereas, there exists within thelb rporate limits of the Town of Boynton; Florida, a highway crossing at a point, where the main line 9 _ of the Florida East Coast Railway crosses the public road, situated approximately one half mile north of he station at Boynton, Florida, which point is also approximately 1185 feet south of railway mile post 312, said point being further known as T. R. Roberts crossing, at which is required a crossing of suitable nature in order to permit pedestrians and vehicular traffic to cross the said railroad with a reasonable de— gree of safety and convenience. Therefore, It Is Resolved that the Town Council of the Town of Boynton, Florida by the President of said Council, and the Town Clerk of the T:wn of Boynton, be and they are hereby authorized to give notice, .en,.behalf of,the.
