Minutes 12-08-89MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COMMISSION MEETING HELD IN CONFERENCE ROOM A, CITY HALL, BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA FRIDAY~ DECEMBER 8, 1989 AT 1:30 P.M. PRESENT Gene Moore, Mayor Arline Weiner, Commissioner Lee Wische, Commissioner Sharon Randolph, Interim City Manager Sue Kruse, Deputy City Clerk Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 1:30 P.M. and announced that Lillian Artis and Robert Walshak had filed for the Special Election on January 9, 1990. He asked if both candidates qualified and Mrs. Kruse replied affir- matively. Commissioner Wische moved to approve these two candidates for the January 9, 1990 slate, seconded by Commissioner Weiner. Motion carried 3-0. The meeting was then properly adjourned at P.M.
