AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 8.A.l.b. OF APPENDIX A,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH TO DESIGNATE TOW COMPANIES
WITH EXTERIOR STORAGE AS A PERMITTED USE
IN M-1 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY,
CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered
recommendation of the City Administration proposing
inclusion of tow companies with exterior storage in
Industrial Districts; and

WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that such use is
appropriate for inclusion in the M-1 Districts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. Section 8.A.l.b of Appendix A is hereby
amended by adding a new section (15) as follows:
Section 8. A.l.b.
(15) towing companies with exterior storage.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Should any section or provision of this
ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence, or
word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of
this ordinance.
Section 4. Authority is hereby granted to codify said
ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
iimmediately upon passage.
