AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REPLACING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS
ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 85-20, WHICH WAS
ENACTED MARCH 19, 1985; PROVIDING THAT
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP ADOPTED HEREIN
SHALL REPEAL AND SUPERSEDE ALL PRIOR
ZONING MAPS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS,
SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, duly adopted an official zoning map by Ordinance 85-20,
iLhich was enacted on March 19, 1985; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Appendix A Zoning, Section 3.
legulations and Map. if the official zoning map of the City needs
to be replaced, the City Commission may by Ordinance adopt a new
zoning map which supersedes the prior official zoning map; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, hereby desires to adopt a new official zoning map which
shall replace and supersede all prior official zoning maps.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
~ITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Appendix A - Zoning, Section 3.
Regulations and Map, 2. Replacement., the City Commission of the
2ity of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby adopts a new official
zoning map, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference, which map shall repeal and supersede all
)riot zoning maps adopted by the City.
Section 2. Ail previously

Section 3. That all ordinances

Section 4. Should any section or provision of this
Drdinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence, or
~ord be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of
this ordinance.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
