AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COM~ISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 1 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADD A
NEW SECTION 1-9 PROVIDING A RULE OF
CONSTRUCTION WITH RESPECT TO RECIPROCITY OF
DISTANCE REQUIREMENTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS, AND CODIFICATION;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, The City Commission wishes to provide guidance to
the City Administration and to the general public who rely upon
the Code of Ordinances and to provide a general rule of
construction to be applied to all provisions of the Code which
establish distance requirements;
NOW, THEREFORE,
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The Code of Ordinances
