)urpose of implementing t~ recommendations in Planning Area 3.f

the

lity of Boynton Beac~ Comprehensive Plan by rezoning a certain
)arcel of land within the municipal limits of said City, said
)roperty being more particularly described hereinafter, from C-1
Office/Profes~onal) and C-2 (Neighborhood Commercial) to C-3

WHERE~$, after public hearing and study, and after
:onsider~tion of the recommendation of the City's Planning and
~onin~Board, the City Commission deems it to be in the best
interest of the inhabitants of said City to rezone the property.
/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~XISSION OF THE
TY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
l Section 1. The following described land, located in the
ity of Boynton Beach, Florida, to wit:
Lots 1,2 (less the North 10' of R/W),
and Lots 9, 10 of Block 71, "Beverly
Hills, Addn. No. 3," according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
13, Page 64 of the Public Records of
Palm Beach County, Florida, and
West 160' of East 294' of North 165' of
North 1/2 of Lot 5, (Less the North 40'
for R/W), and the West 50' of the East
344' of the North 1/2 of Lot 5, (Less
the North 40' for R/W), "Boynton Beach
Subdivision of Section 28," according to
the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 1, Page 4 of the Public Records of
Palm Beach County, Florida.
