THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN //
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA FROM/
C-2 (NEIGHBORHOOD C?MMERCIAL) TO C~
(OFFICE/PROFESSIONAL), PROVIDING ~OR'
APPROPRIATE NOTATIONS ON THE OFFI~IAL
ZONING MAP; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS
CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, AUTHORITY
TO CODIFY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE/

WHEREAS, the City Commission of t~e City of Boynton Beach,

'lorida, has adopted a Comprehensive/Plan by Ordinance 89-38 in
tccordance with Chapter 163, Florida Statutes; and
/
WHEREAS, Christopher Cutro/ Planning Director of this City,
las heretofore filed a Petitf~n with the City of Boynton Beach,
/
Florida, pursuant to Sect~'~on 9 of Appendix A - Zoning, of the
/
2ode of Ordinances, C~y of Boynton Beach, Florida, for the
)urpose of implementing the recommendations in Planning Area 3.f
)f the Land Use P~oblems and Opportunities Section of the 1989
/
~ity of Boynton/Beach Comprehensive Plan by rezoning a certain
)arcel of lan~/within the municipal limits of said City, said
)roperty being more particularly described hereinafter, from C-2
iNeighbor~od Commercial) to C-1 (Office/Professional)~; and

WHEREAS, after public hearing and study, and after
.ons~derat~on of the recommendation of the City's Planning and
gon%~g Board, the City Commission deems it to be in the best
i~erest of the inhabitants of said City to rezone the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
IT¥ OF BOYNTON BEACHt FLORIDAt THAT:

Lots 1,2 (less the South 10' for S.R.
804 R/W), Plus the South 1/2 of Lot 3,
plus Lots 127, 128, 129, 130, 131 (less
the South 10' for S.R. 804 R/W), plus
the South 13' of Lot 132, "Ridgewood
Hills," according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 250 of
the Public Records of Palm Beach County,
Florida, also
Lots 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 89, 90 (less
the South 10' for S.R. 804 R/W),
"Ridgewood", according to the plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13,
