AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF /
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,

REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN /

THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA FROM
R-1AA (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO
R-lA, (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL);
PROVIDING FOR APPROPRIATE NOTATIONS ON
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; PROVIDING A
CONFLICTS CLAUSE, A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, /
AUTHORITY TO CODIFY, AND AN EFFECTIVE/
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City?%f Boynton Beach,

Florida, has adopted a Comprehensive Plan ~b~ Ordinance 89-38 in
~ccordance with Chapter 163, Florida Stat~tes;. and
WHEREAS, Christopher Cutro, Planning Director of this City,
~as heretofore filed a Petition with/%he City of Boynton Beach,

Florida, pursuant to Section 9 of /~ppendix A - Zoning, of the
lode of Ordinances, City of BoSton Beach, Florida, for the
~urpose of implementing the recommendations in Planning Area 1.a
)f the Land Use Problems and/'Opportunities Section of the 1989
2ity of Boynton Beach Comprehensive Plan by rezoning a certain
)arcel of land within th~ municipal limits of said City, said
Iroperty being more p~ticularly described hereinafter, from
~-iAA (Single Fami~ Residential) to R-lA (Single-Family
~esidential); and
WHEREAS, afar public hearing and study, and after
on of/ the recommendation of the City's Planning and
5oning Board,./~he City Commission deems it to be in the best
interest of ~e inhabitants of said City to rezone the property.

SeCtion 1. The following described land, located in the
Boynton Beach, Florida, to wit:
Lots 25-53 and Lots 76-121, inclusive,
"Lakeside Gardens", according to the
plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
8, Page 57 of the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida.
Containing 6.21 acres, more or less, and
subject to easements and rights of way
records.
and the same is hereby rezoned from R-1AA (Single Family
) to R-iA (Single-Family Residential).
