AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 091-14, WHICH
ORDINANCE AMENDED ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 2
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY CREATING A
NEW SECTION 2-17; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS
CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
PROVIDING AUTHORITY TO CODIFY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. O91-14,
City of Boynton Beach, Florida
the City Commission
amended Article I of
2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton
Florida by creating a new section 2-17. entitled
'City advisory boards; review and final disposition"; and
WHEREAS, after further review by the City Commission of
~he City of Boynton Beach, Florida, it has been deemed to be
Ln the best interests of the citizens and residents of said
~ity to repeal said Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COI~I~ISSION
)F THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the "WHEREAS" clauses are hereby
ratified and confirmed as being true and correct.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. O91-14, adopted by
~he City Commission on the 19th day of March, 1991, which
~mended Article I of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of
~he City of Boynton Beach, Florida, by creating a new
~ection 2-17, entitled "City advisory boards; review and
!inal disposition", is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
.n conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any section or
