REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA FROM
R-lA, (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO R-2
DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL), PROVIDING FOR
APPROPRIATE NOTATIONS ON THE
