AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA FROM
R-2, (DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL), TO R-lA,
(SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) PROVIDING
APPROPRIATE NOTATIONS ON THE
ZONING MAP; PROVIDING A
CLAUSE, PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W~EREAS, the City Commission of the C of Boynton Beach,
'lorida, has adopted a Comprehensive Plal by Ordinance 89-38 in
Lccordance with Chapter 163, Florida St~ ; and
WI~EREA$, Christopher Cutro, Director of this City,
llhas heretofore filed a Petition wi~ the City of Boynton beach,
Florida, pursuant to Section 9 Appendix A - Zoning, of the
ode of Ordinances, City of Beach, Florida, for the
purpose of implementing the ~ns in Planning Area 4.b
of the Land Use Problems Opportunities Section of the 1989
City of Boynton Beach Lsive Plan by rezoning a certain
parcel of land within municipal limits of said City, said
property being more y described hereinafter, from R-2
'Duplex Residential to R-lA (Single-Family Residential); and
WHEREAS, af public hearing and study, and after
~onsideration o~ the recommendation of the City's Planning and
Zoning Board, City Commission deems it to be in the best
interest of inhabitants of said City to rezone the property.
