AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA
AMENDING ORDINANCE 90-45, CHAPTER 16
PARKS AND RECREATION, PROVIDING FOR THE
ISSUANCE OF BEACH DECALS TO QUALIFIED
NON-RESIDENTS; PROVIDING THAT EACH AND
EVERY PROVISION OF ORDINANCE 90-45 NOT
SPECIFICALLY HEREIN AMENDED SHALL REMAIN
IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AS PREVIOUSLY
ENACTED; PROVIDING A CONFLICTS CLAUSE;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING
FOR CODIFICATION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
That Chapter 16, Parks and Recreation,
Article II City Parks & Beaches, Section 16-82, Policy No. 1
is amended by adding the following definition:
Qualified Non-Residents: Anyone who is not a resident.
but who resides in the reserve annexation area_
Section 2. That Chapter 16, Parks and Recreation,
Article II City Parks & Beaches, Section 16-82, Policy No. 3
is hereby amended by adding the following definition:
Qualified Non-Residents: Qualified non-residents may
obtain beach decals which pe~mlt parkinq

Section 3. That each and every other provision of
Ordinance 90-45, not specifically herein amended shall
remain in full force and effect as previously enacted.
Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.

ordinance or portion hereof, any paragraph, sentence, or
word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of
this ordinance.
