A RESOLUTION OF THE C1TY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING
THE AWARD OF RFP#012-2410-01/C]D TO MICHELLE
MELLGREN & ASSOCIATES FOR THE FEDERAL
HIGHWAY CORRIDOR PLAN IN THE AMOUNT OF
$25,000; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Procurement Services received and opened four (4) proposals
for the above mentioned project on November 21, 2000, and it was determined
that Michelle Mellgren & Associates, submitted the most responsive and
responsible proposal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COHHISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORZDAv THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
hereby approves the award of RFP#012-2410-01/C]D to Michelle Mellgren &
Associates for the Federal Highway Corridor Plan in the amount of $25,000, and
authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a Contract between the parties,
a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately.
